need tips
Ok, I am fairly new to MMA, and I have asked around about conditioning. So far my record in all my MMA matches is 3-1. I am really good at submissions and i have knockout power, but there is one problem. I lack the endurance to keep up. the guy i lost to i outweighed by 5-7 lbs, but he had endurance like no other,
I hear Running builds endurance, which i do alot, but i also heard swimming laps does it better.... Which actually works better? or does it depend on the person training?
