Icon2 need some honest opinions

I try to work out 4 days a week. I recently got into lifting weights. My problem is I work a job where I am gone 3 weeks at a time. They provide a treadmill and a bowflex. For 3 weeks i work 6 hours on and 6 off. I hate the bowflex, but it is my only option. I work 11-5 in the afternoon and at night. I sleep all morning till 11am and sleep from 6-8:30 in the evening and i work out for about an hour. I usually run for about a half hour and use the bowflex for the rest of my workout. The question I have is do you think it would be more beneficial for me to stay with the bowflex or do more conditioning exercises?

And if the threadstarter for some reason dont check out Ross stuff then what it basicly means is:

Heavy bodyweight movements such as one armed pushups, handstand pushups against a wall, pullups/chinups and heavy lowerbody movements such as pistols, bulgarian squats, lunges and natural glute hamraises ...are better than the bowflex.

I loved the book, especially his explanations and definitions of different types of strength, very informative stuff.
