need some help with cutting weight

i have my first fight comng up in about a month and it's at 155. right now i'm walking around at 165 or so. i need to cut 10lbs to make weight. my question is how soon before the fight should i start cutting? a day before weigh-ins, two days, a week? also what would be the best way to go about it. sitting in the sauna for a while of putting on a lot of layers and running? any help i would appreciate it!! thanks

i missed the sticky, but i tried the search function and didn't find what i was looking for. if i would have search for a douchebag, your name probably would have came up. but hey thanks for the help fuckhead

Little aggressive, don't you think? I just told you to check out the sticky, which you should always look for first. Anyways, enjoy cutting weight, I hope your fight goes well.
