need some help with cutting weight
i have my first fight comng up in about a month and it's at 155. right now i'm walking around at 165 or so. i need to cut 10lbs to make weight. my question is how soon before the fight should i start cutting? a day before weigh-ins, two days, a week? also what would be the best way to go about it. sitting in the sauna for a while of putting on a lot of layers and running? any help i would appreciate it!! thanks
