Need help on cardio training.

I have been working out for a wile now but I have not been doing much cardio training. What's the best way for me to start? How far should I run? How long should I jump rope? What are some really good cardio work outs? Stuff like that. THANKS!

Even a good cardio video recomendation would help........

Start ruuning about 3-4 miles everyday. Once you have been doing that for about a month you can start doing HIIT,burpees etc.
