I loove interval training. Fast-slow-fast-slow(or medium). It will do more for you over a shorter period of time. A little vomit never killed anyone.... well that may not be true, people to suffocate on it once in a while, so puke standing up only(aiming down-the alternativ isn't pretty) and don't breath in until finished. Happy trails!

if you're too lazy to read the FAQ, how do you expect to fare any better in your conditioning?

Tell us a little more specifically about your problem so we can help you.

Running is great, but for MMA actual sparring is the best thing to do. I'm assuming you do that at your sessions. You should feel exhausted after your training, but if you're throwing up frequently you're probably not warming up properly. Doing simple things like jumping jacks, body weight squats, jogging around etc. can do a world of help for a grueling ground workout. Make sure you drink water during and after as well.

If you're still feeling sick take up running in the morning, late evening, weekends whenever you have some free time.
