Need to get in shape fast?? Suggestions
Hey guys I haven't been to class in about 4 months. I've gotten pretty out of shape (busy with work) I'm heading back to class on Thursday of next week for no gi. So, I only have about 5 days to try to build up enough cardio so I'm not a complete gassed out waste of mat space when I get in there.
Anyone have any good suggestions for getting my gas tank in better condition that quick?
I was thinking about probably just trying to do some HIIT on an Elypticle and then just 3mile runs once or twice a day for the next few days.
I have a 24 hour fitness I'm a member at I can make it in there once or twice a day usually for an hour or so.
