Need to cut 4.5 pounds at least for sunday need Help!

Hi guys, I'm 17 this is my first time cutting weight for a kickboxing comp on sunday, I have to cut 4.5 pounds at least to make weight, i have no access to a sauna can any of you guys give me some tips on how to cut weight fast?
Any help would be much appreciated

Run and cut on liquids. You'll be dehydrated but you'll loose your 4.5 lbs

my old teacher at the academy used to tell his guys to cut a few last pounds, get a mouthful of gum. 5 or 6 pieces, and chew until saliva gets going. then spit the saliva out. and repeat, for a pound or two. And layer a few sweaters, and sweatpants, and put a trash bag over it all, and hop on a bike. dont drink anything! it shouldnt take much. thats a pretty small cut.

Anyhow like Sympathysong said run sweat like a pig and cut on liquids. You'll probably feel like shit but you should loose easily your 4 lbs

5 lbs is a small cut, but the first time cutting weight can be hard on some people, cut back on liquids, only eat what you need (hopefully your doing this anyway since your training for a fight), run with sweatpants/sweatshirt and trashbag on, and don't eat before you weigh in fight day and you should not have any problems
