*Need advice* Breathing and Tunnel Vision
Sup everyone, well Im an old timer returning to the mat and noticed during warm ups and conditioning ... Im huffing and puffing and walla I start to get tunnel vision. I havent passed out yet but Im a bit concerned that I will eventually LOL.
So the question is simple, because I honestly do not know - dont laugh - Is tunnel vision a good sign of me passing out? or my body not taking in enough air? I dont get head aches, Im fully hydrated. I just hate to pass out during conditioning time LOL, Im just going all out.
