need advice badly

well like it says i need help.......i am currently in iraq(yay) and i want to get stronger and ripped for when i leave this shithole.......i was in good shape when i came slight six-pack and all that........now with a limited selection of food- salad chicken rice potatoes veggies, steak and all that shit im wondering what would me the best cuz everything i read says eat this, and eath this, like tuna or oranges, and carrots, im lucky we even have lettuce........and out gym sucks yes we have treadmills, weights, benches, deadlifts, and a hidden punching bag......thats about it im limited unlike our gym on base back in the u.s..



is ther any suggestions on how to bet how i want with all this(or what little there is i should say)

hit the s and p forums stikies and faqs. they have good stuff for improving strength. try the 5x5. as for teh "ripped" look, reduce body fat. burn more calories than you take in

You've got all the equipment you need from the sounds of it, yeah the S&P forum has a great FAQ for your strength training but also look in FAQ here and in D&S.

it sounds like your gym has everything you need to gain strenght. go read the S&P faqs if you want a good routine.
