Naval bleeding

I do about 4 cardio sessions per week, that is a combination of HIIT and jogging (3mile).
Its always spread out a day apart or two.

I used to be slightly overweight and still have alot of flab im trying to burn off with intense cardio but I notice whenever I finish a long ass jog I come back home and the white shirt I wear underneath my sweater has a light red blotch where my naval is pressed up upon..

When I look inside my naval its reddish, but no real signs of BLOOD.. obviously theres some blood since its red but i have no idea what it is. It burns for a while after I'm done with my sessions.. Sometimes there is no blood.. Everything is fine 2 days later.. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

I googled it and only found it realting to pigs, or women that have had a hysterectomy.

i weighed 230 and dropped to 190 in 5 months.. i worked for this though... something tells me it has to do with skin stretching or something
