My cardio is pretty good; I can go several rounds of medium sparring, no problem. However, when I get into a brawl, I tighten up and get nauseated. I'm not winded; I just feel sick. Anything I can do to get over this?
BREATHE! Id guaranty that your getting so worked up that your forgetting to breathe properly. I used to do the same thing when I was rolling. Id puke all the time.
