my ultimate routine

whats up everybody!
OK,this is my regime:

monday: kickboxing -20min stretching, 50min KB drills,30min strenght
contains 100s of pushups,situps,squats,pullups



tuesday: chest,triceps,abs,cardio
-bench press 5x5
-fly+pullovers 3x8 (superset)
-scull crushers 3x8
-abs
-cardio (30min running or cycle)



wednesday: kickboxing -20min stretching, 50min KB drills,30min strenght
contains 100s of pushups,situps,squats,pullups



thursday: back,biceps,abs,cardio
-pendelay rows 5x5
-deadlift 5x5
-hypers+lat pulldowns 3x8 (superset)
-EZ curl 3x8
-abs
-cardio (30min running or cycle)



friday: kickboxing -20min stretching, 50min KB drills,30min strenght
contains 100s of pushups,situps,squats,pullups





saturday: legs,shoulders
-squat 5x5
-stiff legged deadlift 3x8
-leg extensions+ lying leg curls 3x8 (superset)
-seated calf raise 3x15
-military press 5x5
-lateral raises+shrugs 3x8 (superset)


...just want emphasize that I am not preparing for any contests,bodybuilding or kickboxing,been doing this regime for awhile and it works for me.

All the same,I would appreciate any opinions,suggestion and criticism.

Your doing something before you deadlift, too much isolation/machines, only one overhead pressing exercise and it is after a bunch of other stuff.

the low reps would indicate you may be going heavy. Looks like to much weight lifting to me. If your doing all of these pushups, situps, squats ect on your kick boxing days why do you need all the weights? arent you sore! If it works for you right on dont change anything. You do squats on friday with kick boxing, then train legs saturday? weight or no weight thats 2 much

your working legs every day. You said your doing squats already mondays, wednesdys, and Fridays. I dont think you need all that how much do you weigh?

your a big dude. If you arent overly sore and have speed and explovieness then dont change a thing. If you are platueing or feel gasse everyday then you need to switch it up. Do you feel as if your overtraining?

not really,I mean sometimes I'm tyred but it all goes when I come to the gym. Maybe I'm not overtraining because I'm maintaing a good balanced diet. Enyway I like workin out and I would say that I'm kind of a fitness fanatic.
