My Training, ADVICE?

Hey Guys, i just started training, i train Boxing/KickBoxing on Mondays, Mui Tai on Wednesdays, Grappling/Wrestling on Fridays, and BJJ on Saturdays, all the workouts inlcude blitz for conditioning. Do you reccomend anyhting on the off days? BTW my eating has changed drastically and i have a few goals...Grappling Tourney in a year, and a KB Smoker in a year..... I weigh 210 at 5'-10". BMI is 28%. Thanks Guys.

That is alot for an unconditioned person. You can do too much too soon. Are you racing someone? You are too externally motivated by ego.

In between rest. Otherwise in three weeks you will hit a wall. Let your body adapt. When it does, then add another day. 5-6 days training is what fighters do.

you need to drop some lbs and body fat.

You are already doing quite a bit. If you are not dropping around 2 lbs a week then your diet is not working. The only thing I would add, only if you have the energy, is a light run in the mornings or after training. Other than that just don't overtrain and eat right.
