My Conditioning Routine
I just started really training about a week ago. So be gentle.
Jump Rope: 500 X
Jumping Jacks: 100 X
Squats: 50 X
Sit-ups: 1000 X
Push-ups: 50 X
Spawls: 20 X
I do that twice a day, six times a week. What do you rate it? How can i improve?
