My Complexes
i'm a conditioning newbie and i've been messing around with a few complexes, mixing and matching stuff i've found online and stuff i'd already been doing in the gym. i'd appreciate any tips and suggestions on how to do it better. i don't know much about what rep-ranges to use. i do each complex on a separate day and add in a strength day once a week with flat bench press and clean/presses. also doing two to three 20-25 min runs per week.
