Music to Run

Ok in-shape doggers, what music do you listen to when pounding the pavement or hitting the treadmill?

When I'm running, I will usually put in something like Tool or Metallica. It depends on the type of running though. For instance, sprints. I would probably listen to Pantera for that. If it is more distance oriented, something a bit slower...for instance, Tool.

Anything with a good beat to set my pace to. Cypress Hill, Outerspace, Eminem, Immortal Technique. Oh, and Maiden and Accept.

Death metal, thrash metal, basically any type of metal. To the poster who said they listen to Accept: right on man, "Fast As a Shark" lol.
