mp3 link for Rounds: tabata, 2:1, 3:1, more
http://www.speedbagforum.com/forums/...read.php?t=774
Cheers, posted this in a Tabata thread, but thought others would find it useful. I d/led the tabata, 3) 3:1 rounds, 3) 4:1 rounds. Slap these on, grab a jump rope and have fun.
Thanks to the thread posters in the links.

I downloaded a bunch from that site. I asked Tim to do the GPP ones and he got them cranked out very quickly. They work great and I've been using them for a couple weeks now and love them. That is a great site.

Wow, thanks. I plan on ordering a Gymboss, but I may just use this instead. Or at least until it gets here.

I downloaded the 5 minute rounds and the 12 3 min rounds. The first buzzer is for the 10 seconds left warning. I thought it was the end of the round the first time I turned it on.

Ya, there's a little note on the other forum about how there is a 4-5 second wait for most of them.

I was actually referring to the second bell. When you are getting to the end of the round, there is a buzzer meaning 10 seconds left. I stopped there the first time and was resting up then I hear another bell 10 seconds later. I'm thinking there is no way that was a full minute!

These helped me specifically w/ my intervel training: tabata, and HIIT (with the 2 minute rounds).
When I get back into training boxing, the others will come in handy.
Glad your enjoying.
