Morning workout and chapped lips

Hello, everytime that I work out in the morning on an empty stomach, I end up with dry and chapped lips for the entire day. Can anyone explain the biology behind why this occurs?

Is there any relation to thyroid hormone imbalances?

Are you ensuring you're properly hydrated prior to and during exercise?

Dunno why but have you tried applying some lip balm before you start to see what effect it has?

it all comes down to whether you're ingesting anything before your workout. Do you have ANY liquid at all? if not, try it out and see if you get any results.

you def have to hydrate same shit happened to me wen i would run in the morning and capstick helps

maybe it's the cold weather.

i have a bit of chapped lips after this morning's run. apply vaseline on your lips and you should be good to go.
