mono and no more plasma=???

i've been having a lot of troubles lately with my workouts. my body doesnt recover well, my muscles get tired really quickly and i'm exhuasted all the time. I'm pushing through it now but i'm starting to get really demotivated and fed up with the situation.

i got mono earlier this year from three different people (the third girl who gave it to me actually got it from the same girl who gave it to me the first time, small world eh?)

and i also used to sell my plasma, which isn't anything like donating your blood. i would sell twice a week and then go workout every time right afterwards and feel great. but i stopped doing that because work has had me out of town tile the end of august.

can mono last this long? or could stopping the selling my body have this kind of affect on me? any advice on how to get my workouts/body back to normal?

also, my diet hasnt changed, and i haven't started getting less sleep

could you be over training? that can wear you right out and leave you feeling useless

i dont think its that, i've definately over trained in the past, but usually i'm pretty good about training smart and building slowly.

and just to be sure i took a couple very light weeks a bit ago. no change
