MMA ROUTINE help needed (:
I'm am starting out to train for MMA and would appreciate comments from you guys.
What I would like to know some general guidelines for conditioning workouts and heavy bag workouts,
how many times a week and how many minutes/hours should one should be doing conditioning and heavy bag workouts?
i am doing 20-25 minutes of conditining daily but that's to wake me up and the baseline for other workotus.
