Mental conditioning?

I know many MMA athletes use visualization, Yoga, meditation etc. for mental conditioning. Does anybody use logic, mathematics, or anything like that to stimulate the brain? I love sudoku puzzles, and feel they give my brain a workout, and I feel they increase my focus.

Well.....I use visualization for things....such as before I bat in softball, swinging a golf club, performing a particular move, a race route, etc. Not really sure I veiw that as mental conditioning. To me...mental conditioning is my mind taking over when my body wants to quit. Breaking thru a wall....getting a personal best. Succeding when my body wants to fail.

To keep my little old brain going strong......I go to school...read....think.

You rock. In particular that would be Track 1 and 2.... Prologue/Anvil of Crom and Riders of Doom. Best yet, when shit looks impossible and grim, ask "What would Conan do?", and you will be amazed what your body is capable of.

I am exposed.
