Here's a piece from his All access that shows a bit of his training.

Im a huge Matt Hughes fan but I can't say I was super impressed. Long distance cardio is fine, thats much less of a science than Strength training. But his diet, they showed him eating chicken wings. It's nice to know that I eat cleaner than Matt Hughes. Also, tell me why it makes sense to drink an RTD Xyience shake followed by XM2 Xyience shake. He gets the Xyience can out of the fridge, drinks it, then drinks another shake from Xyience. His Back day is devoid of Deadlifts, BOR, Good Mornings, any type of clean,. He was also performing sissy squats in the sissy squat machine, He was doing very few multijoint movements. But, hey he's a world champion and Im typing on a computer forum. I still like him though.

Well I don't question any sort of supplement timing from that vid because it's obvious that Xyience wanted to cram as much of itself into that program.

Very true, my coach met Chuck Liddell at a fight one time, and asked him if he really used that crap. His answer.."Fuck no, it's hard enough to make weight without something that blows me up like that."

I'm not an expert but his lifting seemed to be more of a body building program than a strength or endurance one. IMO
