how about 50 ab wheel rollout burpees? did them as a finisher after weights the other day and they seem like fun. I also did i pushup on the wheel but thats really hard.

So, ab roll out (from knees or standing?), back in, and the burpee? That actually sounds pretty good.

I have an idea for the mods about stickying the challenge threads.
If every month we have a new challenge, some of the older threads will be lost to newcomers who might benefit from seeing them or who want to post scores and compare to others.
I alos notice that some challenges are not monthly and stickied. What about making one thread thats locked and only mods can edit it, with a link to all challenges, chronologically? Then we could have that stickied, plus the current challenge of the month stickied at the top. Once that month is over, it moves to a link in the main old challenges thread and a new one replaces it.
Kinda like archiving all old challenges.
Just an idea.

Well it's the 29th, we know what were doing yet?
So far the two suggestions are Fortune 500 and ab wheel burpees.
I like the ab wheel burpees but I think they might be too hard for some people.

Fuck that Fortune 500, I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT.
I mean, I will, but just reading it kinda hurts. I can already feel the DOMS setting in.
2 minute punch-out drill anyone?

Punch outs? How about GGP 5: 30 seconds of burpees with 30 seconds of punchouts for 5 or 6 three minute rounds. Count the number of burpees and use the honor system that people are actually punching out.

Wow, that sounds pretty good. I like the Roll-out to Burpee too, but having a more fight specific challenge would be kinda cool for a change.
Maybe we can get a couple more ideas up in here, I (or Standard) will put up a poll tomorrow, and we can announce it on Tuesday.

Ive been doing this -
A tyre sled equalling 30% of my bodyweight. its got a 40 meter rope attached to it -
30 metre backwards drag
30 metre jog/run
30 meter static sled pull with arms (tyre 30 mtr away - pull it hand over hand till the tyre gets to you)
x 10
the drag lines the rope up for you then you run back then you pull the tyre towards you. The rope and the tyre end up at the same end - then you drag the tyre 30mtr and the rope pulls out, then you run back and pull again - see?
What dya reckon?
