January is cold in NY and running is a bitch.

How about a Fran? I see people doing it at cross fit and it seems pretty cool. 21-15-9 reps of Front Squat and Press and Pull-ups.

That might be hard to do because of weight classes and weight used though.

Could just do a front squat and press with one weight for lights and one for heavies. Maybe 100 reps or something like that, or using a med ball and tossing it at the wall instead of pressing?

Ross has a whole new book full of routines.

I can't press over my head w/o putting a hole in my basement roof. I guess I could drag some weights out the garage if need be.

From the DVD that just came out, or something else new?

Thats just painful,

does everyone have an ab wheel? if you don't why the hell not?

how about 50 ab wheel rollout burpees? did them as a finisher after weights the other day and they seem like fun. I also did i pushup on the wheel but thats really hard.

I remember seeing this in FTC. The first four are doable, it's the 100 pullups that would make this challege last a very long time.

It kicks the shit out of your core, just with the rapid stretch and contractions needed to rollout and jump, you should try them next workout

I'm going to try them with a dumbell in each hand and see if I can do the pushup w/o wrecking and blowing a RC.

Holy mother of....

That whole thing looks difficult enough, but 100 PULLS? Christ, that'd take me forever.
