Who here is going to be doing this in the snow/ice? And what how are you going to deal with it?
This girl I know who runs more in a week than I have in my life has these rubber spike things for her shoes. She says they work great on ice.

I'm assuming 200 meters on an elliptical is out of the question?

Any GOOD highschool or college.

Unfortunately, the closest one of those is over 300kms away.

Are you referring to the U of L? They have a brand new indoor track.

I ran in the snow the other day. I brought spikes but I didn't need them.
