I will do this months later on in the evening today. Oh yeah I down for the interval challenge done in many times before but most likely will have horrible time because of my lack of training right now.

I am all in for this challenge, the 200m challenge is probably best suited for me, it is easier to find a place to run in.

Damn, it's going to be hard to find a place to do this. Lots of snow and ice and not a lot of places to run. I'll try to find an empty lot and hopefully get this done.

Well if you have a normal track thats 400 m

1 mile = 1.6 km
1/4 mile = 400m
