I think one month we should do some sort of "super challenge" that incorporates elements from previous challenges. For instance
50 burpees
50 50lbs dumbell swings
50 ab wheel rollouts from knee
50 bw deadlift
50 barbell thrusters with 1/2 bw
25 chin/pullups

The only thing that would KILL me in the Fortune 500 is the 100 chins. That would be a about 50% of my time I think.
