Well if we bring it back up....i'll give it a go....or the BW Squats.....which is probably easier to get more people to do since you can do it pretty much anywhere.

My suggestion for December. It requires no equipment and since the hill I run is 200m I can throw on a pair of spikes and run in the snow.

I did it last night in the freezing rain in 21:46. Barfed all over the place on the drive home. I'm going to add this challenge to my regular rotation.

The sprinting right after the squats is what makes it murder. The walk back down the hill wasn't easy either.

If you guys would rather do the 400m version there is an all weather track near me I could use so I'm game for that too.
