lol everytime I do the Magic 50 I usually do it with little to no rest too

If you can, that would be the way to go. 60 seconds is the recommended for starting. I;m pretty sure Ross suggest shortening or eliminating the rest all together if you can. That's why it would be cool for a challenge, would really push you to work through.

Last time I did it I clipped my self in the side of the head with a 45 DB. Almost simulates fight training.

BW deadlifts or % for Magic 50? Holy cow, a challenge that I would be good in...if I'd like, post more often and stop being a white belt. lol.

It wouldn't be fair to all of you though. I weigh 135-140. I'd die of embarrassment if I wouldn't get first place on at least one of them!

I kinda did this yesterday without seeing this!
I did 10 1,2 sprawls, 5 DB snatch 1 hand, most sets in 5 mins rest 1 min repeat.
It was pretty crazy, except i used too much weight on the snatches i think.
