Thanks for the suggestions guys i appreciate it, i'm trying to work out some ideas from another source but keep any ideas coming, even if it's not done for june it may make july.


Freeman, working muscle endurance would be good with pushups but i think we would need to incorporate a more complete exercise into the mix for a complete test.

Plus Juan, i like it except for the problem of height. It's the same issue with the jump in burpees obviously the lower i can do them the easier it becomes. Maybe standing jump for distance?

JRT6 i like the 300 workout, seems brutal
What are the 'other sources' for ideas? The way you say it it sounds like secret service workout, lol.

We could do burpies in one set, but I honestly don't know how to measure one set w/o rest.

also as I'm short as a hobit I don't like to do measured jumping challenges.

the only problem with the 300 is that weights are involved. maybe have two different weights for the different weight cutoffs?

And are we ever going to do the fortune 500?

I should have a good challenge for you guys for the month and a pretty sick one for an ongoing challenge, also clearing up the stickys so challenge threads can be unstuck but linked from here

Talked to a friend of mine who works at a gym in Stockholm Sweden, apparently they have a crossfit section at that gym and the leader of that section does the 300 in 11 minutes. That is insane and I hope I have time someday to see him do it.

Burpee Snatch variation?

do the burpee but instead of a straight jump...do a snatch with X weight...can be 2 DBs of 15-20s for under 200 and 20-30s for over....or perhaps with just one DB...similar to the 100 snatch challenge of 35 for under 200 and 45 for over 200...

300 rep workout sounds brutal....what are floor wipers?
