Brutal. I don't know what my time is, but 3 rounds is the best I can do without stopping.
Also
10 pull up burpees (goal post)
10 push ups
10 squats
100 meter sprint.
X # rounds
The above is a slightly modified WOW from Ross' too.
Also,
200 meters
20 Pushups
100 meters
10 Knee Tucks
50 meters
5 Burpees
50 Meters
5 Burpees
3 Rounds.
The last part (50metere and 5 burpees) is done twice to get back to start line (if running on 100 meter field.)
