Total:
50 Burpees
10 x 50 meter dashes
50 ply pushups ( I used clap pushups)
65 Diamond Pushups
50 Knee tucks

THIS IS NOT IN ORDER -JUST A TALLY OF WORK DONE. If you click the link to see the order.

Also, 500 meters total of jogging. Not that really matters.
Ohh, I like that. printed that off for a future workout.

I wouldn't be opposed to the Sequential Fatigue challenge...

I've done maybe half of it before, and it sucked. Hence why I only did half of it.

*coughs*

ya, I kinda only did about half too. It says "Beginning athletes may want to try 3 times, total."
After the first one I was thinking "This ain't so bad, I can do all 5." After the third though I was considerabley less optimistic. Burpees, sprints and knee tucks are an EVIL combination.

c'mon standard, get the creative juices flowing. Make us a challenge like the 100 ab roll burpees.

I still think doing as many squats with a bw-loaded barbell for 5 minutes would be good since we'd get all the s and p guys doing it too, like the bw deadlift challenge. Maybe a 500 burpee challenge? Ross Enamait is the fucking man, no question, but like you said it seems to be turning into a ross enamait monthly workout thing.
