I skimped on the chins because that is by far the hardest out of all of them. And the ab wheel rollouts and deadlifts already hit the lats hard. The Conditioning Challenge has 100 pushups, 100 situps and only 20 chins and its balanced.
If there are 100 chins in the fortune 500, all my pulling work would be destroyed for that week.

Let's not sellout and make this anything less than a conditioning challenge in order to get the participation we had on the DL. If guys just want a basic lift rep contest they can find plenty on the S&P.

Go to www.rosstraining.com and don't come back till you have purchased Ross' awesome books and memorized every word therein.

This is the Fortune 500

Fortune 500:
100 burpees
100 ball slams
100 pushups
100 BW squats
100 pullups

I also second that we should do that........ but I agree with Dan that the 100 pullups (chins ok?) would be well that would take me ALONG time.

I assume we don't have to do it 100 burpees then 100 ball slams but we could break it into 10x10 or am I wrong?

From what I've read Ross say, you have to do the 100 burpees first. From there, you're free to do the rest in whatever order and breakup you want.
