My thoughts for next month invlove an ab wheel if you do not already own one you should. They are dirt cheap and are an excellent tool, most cost in the range of $8 - $15, or you can make your own fairly easily.

Most any department store and sporting goods store carry them now.

I might HAVE to make one, I just went to a sporting goods store and Wal Mart, figuring the "fitness gimick" section in either would have ab wheels. Nope.

So, what are we looking at here? 100 Ab Roll burpees? From the knees? Standing (god I hope not!)?

lol, if the challenge is 100 full ab roll burpees, i predict that the participation for next month's challenge will go way down. It's fricking hard just to do 1 full rom ab rollout from the feet.

Ya, I think I got up to about 4 or 5. It'll probably be from the knees.

And I do expect the numbers to be a bit lower.

Yeah it will be from the knee's, i would imagine if it was say 100 from the feet Ross and that guy from beast skills would be in the running for 1st and 2nd place which would also be last place
