I don't like deadlifts. I think Bear complexes would be a better indicator of overall conditioning.

I do like the bear, or the simpler clean/frontsquat/pushpress would be great for a challenge.

Or instead of a barbell complex, do a plate complex. Could be scalable for 25# and 45# plates. Complex some harder stuff like overhead halos, lunges.. i dunno, just throwing out ideas.

::Goes back to trying to figure out how to do Cindy faster::

Clean/Front Sqt/ Push Press
max reps in 10 minutes @ 95lb

If we needed to go lighter, I suggest 35lb Db Thrusters for max reps.

I vote again for 95# hang clean/front squat/push press. max reps in 20min.
