This thread will be open for discussion and will store linking to the challenges threads. If you have an idea about what you would like to see as an upcoming challenge place it here. Any general trash talking should go here too.

If you're looking for a way to gauge your progress and level of conditioning give one of our many challenges a try and post your score or time for an update.

Monthly Challenges

General Rules
- If you complete a challenge, place you're time/score in the actual challenge thread if you post them here i will not update the scores. You can only add your score for the month that thread is open.

- if you miss a challenge, tough shit, you had a month to get it done.

- The winner will also get a custom belt to let the rest of the board know his/her awesomeness.

100 Rep Squat Challenge....No Racking.....Someone good with numbers can figure out the weight for the light guys and heavy guys.

Yeah sonny brought that to my attention as well, i'm trying to keep weightclasses out the equation as much as possible so it would have to be one weight. Then the issue of equipment comes into play some people have standard barbells, others olympic and some none at all.

What does everyone think about either BW squats or overhead DB squats?

I would like the BW squat challenge, and also would like a BW deadlift challenge. Maybe 5min for reps.

We have done this challenge with 135 lbs no rerack and rerack I can think of only 4 people that did it.
