How many hours of sleep do you get?
I get 8-9 hours every night, seven days a week. If you sleep less than that, doesn't that hurt your conditioning and progress for fat-loss and muscle-gain?

I try to get at least 7. More can be difficult on weekdays. If I can, I like to sleep around 8-9 hours. If I sleep less than 7, I feel it in my training.

Usually more sleep is better, but age and other factors do play a role in how much is enough.

That might actually be TOO much. Could be a sign that your sleep is poor quality. Though I can't really talk, I've been known to sleep way in myself I try to aim for 7-8 hours a night, but I'm very erratic in my habits unfortunately. Sometimes I'll nap during the day and that'll throw me off. I can see how getting a pattern down solidly can really help training, but I'm not there yet.

A minimum of 8. I can pull off maybe one day with only 7 hours of sleep, two in a row of under 8 hours though and I'm feeling it. If I don't get at least 8 hours, I can't train well. I get mad, snap at people, can't think quickly enough to train properly. I think some people are just extremely sensitive to how much sleep they get.
