My ab wheel is on order. I've only messed around with one a couple times in my life. When I first heard the rumor of this one, I assumed the rollouts would have to be from the feet and was thinking no way I could complete 100. Let us all be thankful that Standard is only mildly sadistic.

how timely...i bought my abwheel last week and did a few sets....not too bad...however 100 of them? + burpees?..that's just evil...you finally came up with the challenge where the only person on the list is the only person who actually did the challenge...lol...

So Standard's concoction has come to life in the form of a challenge. Gr8! I have to do the regular 100 burpee challenge first. Ill start that on the weekend. After I complete that...Im def doing this shit. If I dont post my time...well you know that i am paralyzed and cant get up to get on my PC to post my time,
