March Challenge: 100 Abwheel Burpees

March Challenge:

100 Abwheel Burpees for time

What to do:

Perform 100 abwheel burpees in the quickest time possible

Rules
  • No Whitebelts
  • Each rep will consist of a full ROM abwheel rollout from the knees and a jump
  • You must jump, tuck jumps are not required but you have to get off the ground
  • Any abwheel without assistance can be used
  • The clock may not stop at anytime, it starts on rep 1 and ends after rep 100 no exceptions

The main limiting factor for me was my lower back when doing the rollouts, which started to hurt like hell around rep 30. I guess I'm not keeping it tight enough. But this was definitely one of the best conditioning workouts I've had for a while.
