Love grappling, hate running continued

Same Predicament here starting wrestling season soon and already train BJJ, wrestling at my school has infamous amounts of conditioning. Problem is, is that I want none of it. Love rolling/wrestling hate anything related to running.Need to train all aspects vascular cardio anaerobic and aerobic. I have no motivation to run, I get bored running long distance and HIIT makes me wanna throw up. Am I the only one? Am I missing out on something? Help please.

Listen to music while you run, makes the time go by much faster.

As for your HIIT issue, Unfortunately, there is no replacement for hard work. Can't help you there. When the going gets tough... GET TOUGH.

Rolling is great but it`s no substitute for a proper conditioning program - altough it can be an important part of it IMHO. Plus if that`s the way your coach wants you to train I guess you`ll have to suck it up and do what he says.
