Lost a lot of weight this past week

I am not sure if this goes in this section but w.e. Last Wednesday I came down with a stomach flu which lasted a day. Thursday-Sunday (yesterday) I couldn't go drill/train at my MMA gym or lift weights at the gym. Normally I weigh about 168-170 on my normal schedule but for the past couple of days when I was sick, I weighed in at 162 in the morning and 165-166 before I went to bed. Now, I know for the first day I lsot weight because...well, stomach flu. But after that I ate my normal portions and everything. Am I weighing in low because I was sick and my body is still recovering or cause I haven't been lifting/training? Sorry if this is an obvious post

**obvious disclaimer*** Sherdog does not endorse intentionally getting sick to lose weight. We now return you to your regularly scheduled posting

I would think that you are probably just still recovering and will slowly gain back your weight.

Lol yeah that's not healthy. But aside from my sickness, do people gain weight while they workout and lose weight when they take a break (Like a week break)?

Probably just low on regular fluids. I'm not you, so I don't really know.

Weight has to do with calories man. Calories consumed - calories burned. So you probably did not get in as many calories when you were sick. Getting sick has a tendency to curb my appetite.
