Losing weight in one month?

I have around 5 weeks to lose some weight. I'm going to be acting in a music video half naked and I would like to get my weight few kg's down I'm now 79kg/180cm so I'm not fat, but I have developed a little extra fat on my belly area.

What would be the best way to get my weight down with "home training" and lose the belly? I can traing daily, that's no problem. When I trained few months ago for few weeks, I used exercise bike 1 hour every day, did some push ups and sit ups. Wasn't that hard training, but didn't really see any changes in that small period of time.

any tips are welcome. I know that I have to think what I eat too :p

I have exercise bike and small 15gk dumbbells in my home that I can use.

dont starve yourself.
eat plenty, drink plenty of water.
do squats and push ups at home, try to do a lot.
then get your cardio on, running, biking preferrably over 1 hour a day
i believe the first 30~40minutes you dont even start to burn fat yet.

These are all good tips but I think the most important thing in all is is the time you do your training. The best way to start burning fat is to do your cardio first thing in the morning with no food in your body. This is the best time because there is no food for your body to use for energy so it feeds off the fat for energy and really starts to work fast. It's not great for a regular workout because you also don't have energy but it's great for burning fat. The second best time to do your cardio is in the evening after your last meal. This time your body uses the food as energy and begins to burn that instead of going to sleep and letting it sit in your stomach. If you can even do 30 minutes in the AM and 30 minutes in the PM I promise you that the fat will start falling off. Try it and stick to it and email me if you have any questions.

all about eating enough protein for your muscles, carbs during the day for energy and smashing the Cardio at least 6 days a week, weights are also a good fat burner.
