Well only doing sprints for explosiveness isn't the best way to do it, but I mean if you want to do some sprints it will help. As for a routine, you'd have to make it yourself. If you have a 400m track, you can do pyramids, 100m sprint, 200m, 300,, 400,300,200,100, etc. or sets of certain sprints. 400m sprints done with limited rest are great for conditioning. 100m and 200m sprints are better for pure explosiveness. Just go at it and see what you like.
