I don't frequent this thread much, but I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before, try searching for it.

Get a medicine ball or a buy a solid dumbell and throw it around in a field. Be sure to get a full rotation with the throws.

Smash a sledge hammer onto a tire.

Do some side bends.

Pick up a heavy dumbell with one hand rotate your body, keep feet in place, and place onto otherside of you.

Deadlifts, side bends, turkish get-ups, russian twists are a few of my favorites.

Oh, and standing ab wheel rollouts and flags if you can do them.

I have done some searches but I am looking for something to get me as tough as nails. I have trained mma, kickboxing, grappling and weights. I want that NAVY SEAL tough. Especially in my line of work. I have a pretty intense law enforcement job. Already in decent shape but decent doesent cut it. I dont need 10 mile runs. I need the intensity to just rip through people or whatever is in front of me. Make sense?

So on the average how long do you guys do these intensity workouts. Say if I was doing sprints or running hills.

Try some of the conditioning challenges to see how good of shape you really are other then that you would get your butt kick with Ross routines. Also I don't thing you have search at all by the way you post check the faq out.
