Little Help
Man I need to lose a ton of weight and get my conditioning back(207 now would like to be 185 class). Is there anyone out there who has a good diet that they will write down and post? What about a conditioning routine (need a lot of improvement in cardio)? Seems like what I am doing is not working. Anything I should stay away from drinking alcohol, specific foods...etc
I have plenty of time to lose the weight.
How much strength will I lose? How much time will it take? Is it even worth it?
