Well.... um... let's see.

This is basically a (bad) Crossfit style WOD. There's no objective to this workout other than to workout. And doing a two pressing motions back to back "to failure" seems extremely pointless, if not counter productive.

Not too mention holding a plank for 40 seconds is barely even challenging for the majority of people on here.

If you're just looking for a good workout, without regard to goals or SAID, then just hit up the Crossfit website or some other Met-Con/WOD listing.

The first part of the workout isn't bad. For cardio that is.

No prob.

Again, Crossfit has some good stuff, but it lack perdiozation and direction.

May I ask, what are your goals? What kind of schedule do you maintain for training? Do you do any other stuff (Combat sports, climbing, soccer, etc....) and are your workouts made to improve on these other activities (they should, imo) or is your training mainly just a hobby (which I doubt, seeing as how you're in a training section of a website, indicating you take it somewhat seriously.)?

Goals are to lose a little of my weight look good of course. I'm in the gym like 4 times a week. Um to honest, I play golf and soccer so i really want to get explosive in my swing and my cardio to get better and plus having a great physique would help.
