Left shoulder joint is sore..

I was lifting weights and now I feel my joint on my left shoulder is sore. Anyone had that before? What's a good way to heal fast? I'll start with resting it I guess.

What lifting were you doing? Probably bad form.

Hmm, I had a pain in my shoulder last year. Had it operated on and now it is getting better.

Seriously, even if we were doctors that's so damn vague that we still wouldn't have a clue what your problem is.

Solution GO TO THE DOCTOR instead of asking a bunch of strangers on the internet.

Doctor wont do shit for you...you sound young, the older you get the more you'll get used to aches and pains. Consider yourself lucky you have one.

if going to try to self diagnose, do some searches on shoulder injures in google and try to match the symptoms.

Maybe start with supraspinatis tendonitis or rotator cuff tendonitis. In my experience doctors are shithouse at diagnosing nagging sports injuries, better of seeing a physiotherapist

P.S. Gomi vs Diaz was not a great fight. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
