Indoor cycling classes.

At my new gym they have Indoor cycling classes.

Are Indoor cycling classes good for training aerobic and anearobic endurance for fighting?

They can go either way, just try one out and see for yourself. I've gone to a few spinning classes, some of them were way too easy, others left me dead for days.

Remember, a lot of it will do with how much effort you put in. During the sprint portions of the workouts you'll notice some people half assing it while others are going all out, and others are somewhere in between.
