This lady needs some tips on cutting weight!

I was asked to be a ring girl this upcoming Saturday at local fight on December 1st. With two weeks notice, I was told that I have to wear a bikini for the event. I am mostly in shape, but felt that I wanted to look as "cut up" as possible for the event. So, for this past week and a half, I have been doing cardio every day for at least 45 minutes, sometimes 60. I have also done weight training about 2 times. I have modified my diet to include lean proteins, low sodium, low fat, and low carbs. I am wondering what else I can do to look my best for this event. I would like to possibly cut some water weight on Saturday, by sitting in the steam room, and limiting my liquids and sald intake. How soon should I begin limiting my water intake? Is there anything else I can do that will help me??

I don't think you have to worry about cutting water and making weight as a ring girl. Just go and have fun stop worrying about it.

Pictures of your current self will aid us in developing a more defined nutrition plan. There is a thread around here about cutting weight for fights and the proper way to go about doing it, I think it's in the faq, but it might help you a bit.

(I am surprised there have not been more cat-calls for pics)

But outside of that, have you read through the FAQs in the Diet and Supplement forum?

If you were asked to be a ring girl, you should take it as a compliment and I'm sure you are fine as you are.

If you want to do it for your own sanity and self esteem then here is a link to the rapid weight cutting thread:
