Knee pain and treadmill incline
Question. I'm geting pain on the outside and a little on the front of my knees. I have knees that get achy easily from years martial arts, used to be into gymnastics, and weightlifting, however I run on a treadmill at a 0% incline. I have heard that running at a 0% incline is similar to runing downhill which is harder on your joints. If I raised the incline would this help my knee pain do any of you think? maybe 1% incline?
